I met this adorable couple for their maternity photos to celebrate the upcoming arrival of their first little one! Maternity photos with first time parents are so much fun because you can really focus on the couple together and showcase the excitement and love they have for their soon-to-be-born baby! We ended up with a perfect (but chilly) fall day so there were some great fall leaves still hanging around!

We chose Hartwood Acres, which of course is one of my favorite locations. This is one super adorable family who were willing to jump right in to their session! I especially loved watching big brother interact with Baby H - he was so affectionate and playful!

Mom asked me back to do their fall family photos as well as some maternity photos to celebrate baby number three! We met at grandparent's house as they had this amazing backyard which worked perfectly for fall photos! I loved trying to match energy with the twins - they were so much fun!! And I can't wait to see them again for Baby Peace's newborn session!

I love doing maternity photos, especially for new parents, because the excitement is so fresh. Right off the bat I could tell they would be a good team and my theory was proven when I showed up to do their newborn session. They were both so attentive and engaged with baby Rylah as well as with each other. It was a beautiful thing to see!! Miss Rylah is one lucky little girl to have such wonderful parents! We happened to catch one of the last weekends of good fall foliage so their backyard was the perfect spot for family photos! Big brother had a ton of energy but it was so sweet to seem him be attentive and calm around his baby sister. You just know he's going to be the perfect protective big brother that she'll need!

Started the day with a sweet family I've photographed for the past couple of years - its always good to catch up with my client's each year!   Another wonderful family I've had the pleasure of working with over the past few years...its so wonderful to watch their children grow!   My friends, the Moneck family, decided to join in on the fall mini fun!   Fellow Texans who recently moved to Pittsburgh - I loved sharing memories of Texas with this sweet family!   Finally, the Miller family!
